ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 10 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 10 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 10 business days using Canada Post's parcel service. We do not ship outside of Canada and USA at this time.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over $90

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to our small business model, we do not offer refunds, returns and exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tochiosuji@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
